Haozhi technology focuses on the leading technology in the industry and is committed to building a professional R&D platform. While achieving product and technological innovation, it has obtained 17 invention patents and 22 utility model patents, and participated in the revision of “national rare earth polishing powder industry standard”. It has been awarded the titles of "the first council unit of China Rare Earth Industry Association", "vice president unit of polishing materials branch", as well as "international famous brand of Hunan Province", "new material enterprise of Hunan Province", "high-tech enterprise" and so on.

As an innovative technology enterprise, Haozhi gets a vibrant, high-quality, young and professional R&D team, more than 20 R&D staffs are involved, including 2 engineers with master degree, 17 engineers with bachelor degree, the majors are covering Inorganic Chemistry, Materials, Physical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, etc. Haozhi also has extensive exchanges and cooperation with well-known universities and research institutes like Hunan Central South University and Shangdong University of Jinan, it established experiment and practice base in Central South University to provide reliable and professional talents for company's technology research development.

Haozhi’s R&D center is located at International Business Center,covering an area of 600 square meters. Wherein pure water compartment, chemical synthesis lab, chemical analysis lab, application testing lab, high-temperature ignition chamber, darkroom, UV room, etc are on the first floor of R&D center, laboratories are equipped with whole set of testing & inspecting instruments and facilities for polishing materials, Silver nanowires and PDLC smart products. The offices, meeting room, rest room, storage room and reserved laboratories are on the second floor. The R&D center gets clear function distribution, scientific and rational setting in bright and spacious environment.
